When you make a booking, we collect your name, phone number, and the appointment details you provide (service, date, time, and any notes) — used solely to process your appointment and send you related notifications.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is shared only with the business you booked with, so their team can contact you and provide the service you requested. We never sell your data, and it is never used for any purpose beyond your booking.
3. Data Security
All booking data is stored in Supabase, an encrypted, access-controlled database. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
4. Your Rights
You may contact the business you booked with at any time to update your details or request that your booking record be deleted, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
